PowerShell diagnostics - warm-up errors, module versions, loaded MSAL assemblies and a live Exchange Online test.
Required Microsoft Graph permissions
Exchange.ManageAsApp (Office 365 Exchange Online API) — application permission, granted to the app registration with admin consent.
Licence: Exchange Online (any plan) for the Exchange test.
Endpoints: Import-Module ExchangeOnlineManagement · Connect-ExchangeOnline -CertificateThumbprint · Connect-MgGraph -CertificateThumbprint · Get-OrganizationConfig
Exchange.ManageAsApp is on the Office 365 Exchange Online API, not Microsoft Graph, and the app also needs an Entra role (Global Reader is enough). The probe runs inside the app's own runspaces, so it sees exactly what the reports see.
If a permission is missing, this report shows a red load error with the Graph status code — not an empty table.

PowerShell Diagnostics

The reports run PowerShell in two in-process runspace pools that connect once at start-up. If a connect fails, every report on that pool comes back empty. This page shows what happened at start-up and lets you test the connection now.
