Required Microsoft Graph permissions
Exchange.ManageAsApp — application permission, granted to the app registration with admin consent.
Endpoint: Get-MailboxCalendarFolder (per mailbox)
Whether users may publish at all is controlled by the sharing policy - see Calendar & External Sharing Policy.
If a permission is missing, this report shows a red load error with the Graph status code — not an empty table.

Published Calendars

Calendar publishing creates a public web link (HTML / ICS) to a mailbox's calendar that anyone with the URL can read, without signing in. Links get forwarded, indexed and forgotten - full-detail publishing exposes every meeting subject and location.

Press Run scan to read every user mailbox's calendar publishing state (also feeds Calendar Folder Permissions).
