Only the root web of each site is inspected; subsites and InfoPath list forms (custom list forms) are not detected. The Microsoft 365 Assessment tool goes deeper.
If a permission is missing, this report shows a red load error with the Graph status code — not an empty table.
Retired SharePoint Customisations Still Present
Three SharePoint features were switched off in 2026: SharePoint Add-ins and SharePoint 2013 workflows on 2 April, and InfoPath Forms Services on 14 July. Sites that still contain them have business processes - approvals, forms, integrations - that no longer work. Each row names the site and its owner to contact.
